Why should I buy an Apeiron home?

Are Apeiron developments and dwellings turn-key? Yes all Apeiron dwellings are 100% turn-key (unless stated otherwise). All fixtures and fittings as specified are included. Simply open the door, place your furniture inside and start enjoying your new home.
Are Apeiron sales contracts subject to building variations? No, once you have signed a fixed price contract with Apeiron, that's it - no more to pay.
Can I option up my Apeiron home? Yes you can. If options are available, you can pre-select or you can provide your specification and a price will be provided for those changes for your acceptance.
Are all materials Australian made? The quality of all Apeiron developments is of upmost importance to us, so wherever possible and practicable, we only source quality Australian made products.
Does Apeiron employ local labour?

Workmanship and quality is extremely important to us, so wherever possible we only employ quality local labour relative to each project's location. It’s also our opportunity to give back to the community and provide local employment within the areas we work in.

Is Apeiron environmentally conscious?

Yes Apeiron cares about the environment and we design all our projects with this philosophy in mind and we expect the same from our building contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. All Apeiron homes are certified with a minimum 6 Star energy rating. 

When should I organise my home and contents insurance?

You should arrange applicable insurance cover for your house and contents on or before the date you take occupancy of your new home.

Who arranges gas, electricity and telephone connections?

Generally, it is the owner’s responsibility to arrange gas, electricity and telephone connections. Please keep in touch with Apeiron to find out the correct time to arrange these connections.

When can I move into my new home?

The completion of your new property is dependent upon Council requirements, project schedule and weather (amongst other variables). Apeiron will provide periodic updates regarding your estimated hand-over date.

Can I have a key so I can keep track of construction progress whenever I like?

Unfortunately not as this is a strictly controlled construction site and we cannot allow access to the public for health and safety reasons. If you would like to view construction progress of your new home in person, please contact your Apeiron representative and we will endeavour to arrange for the site to be opened by prior arrangement and during normal business hours. 

Can I instruct Apeiron's builders or sub-contractors

Only Apeiron's authorised representatives have the authority to instruct Apeiron's builders and sub-contractors. If for some reason you are concerned about your project, please your Apeiron representative and the matter will be addressed accordingly. 

Can I visit the construction site during the construction phase and/or before handover?

For health and safety reasons and due to the requirements of Apeiron's insurance policy; clients are only permitted to enter the construction site under the guidance of an authorised Apeiron representative. Should you wish to view construction progress; we ask that you call Apeiron's office to book an appointment and we will endeavor to accommodate.

When can I call to discuss my new home with Apeiron?
